Default I found out something today
I have a waist.

huh, who knew?

I'm also noticing that I am bumping the back of my ankles on the rowing machine I have. My fat rolls are shrinking so that my legs can collapse. If I don't think about stopping short, I end up with bruises on the back there. Kind of a painful reminder that this is working lol.

wow thats great congrats! I am still looking for a waist but I have noticed my boobs are getting smaller and no longer hang out the side of my bra so is it just me or does everyone lose from the top first? I want my butt and gut gone I would like to keep the boobs

Yeah, the upper body seems to be the first to lose fat--but it will even out--just keep going!

i seem to acumulate fat in the oddest places .... it seems to all be in my arms and back my waist is relativly small i have huge boobs and no arse ! its a horrible combination !
