Hello everyone! After still searching and trying new diets, here I am back again. I have decided that the only way I can lose my weight is to actually count calories. This is going to be a tough rough for me because I eat way too much sugar and salt. My goal is to lose 55 pounds by my 55th birthday, next year 10-10-10. With being diligent and lots of prayer, I know I can do it! If not now, when?
