I'm so glad you've found us. This is a great place for support, encouragement, advice and information. Losing weight and any amount is a doable thing. And everyone and anyone has the power and capabilities to do it. Yourself included!!! I'm not familiar with the center you speak of. But of course STICKING to your program is the only way that it will "work". Any reasonable, sensible program works if you indeed work it. So finding something that is stick-able to and that you are WILLING to stick to is vital.
Keep in mind that any program takes time to adjust to. You're switching from not the best of eating habits to good and healthy ones and that takes time. I urge you to give it that time and look forward to the positive changes that will be coming. KNOW that those rewards ARE coming and that every time you pass up on one of "those foods" you are one step closer to reaching your goals! Don't dread these changes, but be excited about them, because they will help you to transform your life, to an extent you just won't believe.
