I just normally do either a fruit or green smoothie and I tend to stick with one or two when I'm in a rush.

Green Smoothie Base Recipe:
1-2 bananas
1-2 cups of spinach or other dark leafy greens
frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple...anything you like just put as much as you want)

The banana will sweeten it naturally and covers up the lettuce flavor. I basically just throw stuff into my personal blender, blend, drink...I don't put dairy, sweeteners or nut milks in mine. Just straight fruit and dark leafy greens. If I want it thinner, I just add some water or coconut water.
