I walk everyday for 35 to 40 minutes or I ride my bike around for the same amount of time. I really enjoy these forms of excercise..

Cheers!

Well I just started working out but I do mostly cardio. I'm going at 6am five days a week (well I wake up at 6 and get there around 6:15) and me and the fiance do a warm-up for 15 minutes on the elliptical, and then he either weight lifts with a friend or I do it for a little, and then I either get on the treadmill and then do a stairclimber, and then we go swimming, that's mon, weds, fri, and on tues/thurs we just hit the treadmill because he has class at 8. And it kicks my ***.

I run 4 days a week working up to 5, do free weights or weight machines 2 days and on these 2 days I also do a 45 min mixed cardio (bike, stair etc). Rest one day. I bike ride with my kids for fun 1 to 2 nights weekly...weather permitting.

i do an hourlong circuit cardio class on mondays and wednesdays, a yoga class on thursdays, and a 1.25-hour-long cardio class on saturday mornings. i used to do spin classes on tuesday and thursday mornings before MRC, but obviously i had to cut something out. man i love my gym though!

I used to go to Curves but quit because it was expensive and not challenging me.
Now I do dvds for strength & cardio, or find workouts online, or walk/jog
I specifically love Pilates, Kickboxing and Tae bo

I try to run 3 times a week (well, it's really a walk/jog combo until I build up endurance, so I call it wogging )...and I'm about to start going to Zumba classes. I've heard that it's so fun!

There's also Exercise TV On Demand that I can go to on my TV and choose from all sorts of exercise programs to do. It's super cool.

Aren't we limited to 4 hours of exercise maximum on this program? If you do more are you automatically put in an "athletic" menu and BMI?

Ronnie, I adore riding my bike and walking on my treadmill also. I live on a fast, curvy country road so I don't walk on my road. I just ride my bike in circles in the barn lot. BTW, Halloween is my favorite holiday and I will probably post a cool skeleton avatar I've used before. Hope that's okay with you.

in my experience, rather than bumping you up to "athletic" they just tell you to back off on the exercise

your only considered an athlete at MRC if you work out vigorously for more than 10 hrs a week and have been doing so consistently for a year or more...least thats what they told me....
