I made it six miles!
After being stuck inside for a few days with a terrible cold, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and walk on a trail that starts near my house.
I ended up walking six miles (the trail actually said 8, but based on the distance between my house and where I ended up, I think it was 6). The last mile on the way home was tough, but I'm proud that I even made it. I'm not sure I've ever walked that far.

Thanks so much, everyone!
And rookietrader , I was so happy to have sunshine all day yesterday finally. Hopefully we'll get some more of it along with the fall temperatures.

6 miles is AWESOME.... especially at 289. I remember walking back then and 2-4 miles and I was spent! Keep at it you'll be amazed at what you can do down the road.

Wow. That's fabulous! Next thing you know, you'll be running marathons. Really: well done!
