I will be traveling Thursday and Friday, so I will not be able to work out those days (except for walking while on shopping breaks). I have worked out every day for 30 minutes a day for the last month and a bit. I just want some opinions on my idea. To ensure that I get the equivalent of my "normal" workout I was thinking of adding 20 Minutes a day to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays' workouts. Does this seem like a good solution to everyone. Thursday night I will be sharing a hotel room with my parents, and I really don't want to have to bring in my Wii and workout in front of them. My mother tends to be the queen of snide comments. And well Friday I'll be meeting up with the boyfriend in the evening, so there will be exercise of another sort
