Congrats! i'm a calorie counter too and it does get easier you just have to let your body become more accustomed to the smaller amounts your eating. Keep up the good work xx

Good job! I'm new to the calorie counting too and it is def. tricky - I either feel like I'm not full or eating to much with the smaller meals!

YAY for you! Make sure your body is satiated with healthy fats and proteins. You will find you can do the 1400 day without too much problem. Also, eat things high in fiber.

Lastly, have you ever eaten Shiratake noodles? I like them. They are 40 calories for the whole bag. Also, egg whites--17 calories each. Three or four of them really do the trick for me.

Thanks....lately ive been chewing gum alot. I had real bad cravings last night(stressful day) and i made myself chew gum...i just kept thinking " ive come this far and im not cheating...it isn't worth it"

Then i thought about the feelings i would have if i did cheat(or even go over a couple of hundred) i also went through my food diary and read all my 'good days' (i put 'congrats' and 'awesome' stickers on my food diary)

Thanks agian
