Hello Everyone!
I have my brothers wedding coming up in three months and it is one of my main modivations to start getting healthier. Thing is, it is happening in Hawaii (My first time ever going there) and I want to look as good as I possibly can. I have been on here a month and have already lost about 15 lbs but I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get the most out of weight loss in short times, three months to be exact. I am not looking for a crash diet, but healthy diet and exercise advice. Anything you have to say is appreciated, I admire everyone on this site and would love to hear your advice. Thanks
