Smile 2nd Weigh-In, 10 More Pounds Gone
And the scale says........ 265 lbs.

Met with my dietitian today. We are both very pleased with my results so far. In about two to three weeks I will be getting another blood test to benchmark other improvements (cholesterol, A1c, fasting glucose, etc.).

Thank you 3FC for being in my corner.

How long have you been eating on plan? I am diabetic also and have wondered how long it would take for better results to show up on an A1c test. Congrats by the way, that is great news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But of course you can. I am on a diet no one seems to of heard of before. It's called Omnifast. Most of my meals and snacks are available from DietDirect, but my dietitian has limited my selection to best fit my weight loss program. I also take supplements to ensure I get all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
