Hi all.
I'm returning to 3FC after about a 4 month absence. Lots of changes in four months: I'm doing a lot of substitute teaching, a lot of paper writing and virtually no exercise or putting my food in a diary. I've remained at a stagnant 86kg (189lb), which is okay; this is the lowest I've been in a very long time. But I need to kickstart myself into action again.
I've made myself a goal for the end of the year- 6kg (13lb) by New Year's and I really want to make this happen. I managed to not get called into work today, so I went to the gym. I even got a note on my program that said "welcome back Mollie.
"
So, let the fun begin.
