Default Stickin in Their!

Been doing my best to stick in their and make it . As much as I have going it amazes me I can stick to this . Expecially right now when times are at the toughest. My brother in law is getting ready to have a liver transplant He suffers from Hematomacromatosis. Then on top of all this we got word that my sister who is only 41 is in the early stages of lung cancer.
I have been doing great with my food and water . I didnt feel like doing exercise this morning but I made myself do a 4 mile walk slim watp. It sure did kick my butt. I feel good that I did it and I did the whole thing. i am so glad that I have this site to keep me going and making me feel like I do make it. Thanks to all you lovely people here I couldnt do it with out the encouragment.

Wow! You do have a lot on your plate and I think you're really doing well. Exercise will probably help you with the stress. Good luck with everything!

Hugs,
Babette

Awesome! It's hard to put ourselves at the top of the list of things to take care of when there is family to tend to. Good job for sticking with it through all the tough times.

I'm so sorry to hear about your sister and BIL. It's great that you're still working on you even with all that stress, because they're going to need your strength as they both recover. Keep going, you're doing great.

Wow. You've got a lot going on.

When there are these types of things going on, the ones that you have ZERO say in, it's a great comfort to really stick to our own health plan. Makes you feel so much more - grounded and in control. Great job. Just great.

If anyone would have told me a few years ago, that I, *me* would actually find comfort in eating well, I would have thought that they were insane. Insane. Who knew all along, that NOT eating while stressed is the most comfort of all??

Wishing everyone a speedy and fully recovery.
