Wow, what an attitude change
So I started this plan in April and was thinking ahead to challenges I might face during at least the next year. I had a vacation planned in October to meet friends in Nashville. Now vacations have never been a problem for me, I lose weight every time without even trying because my work life is so sedentary and my vacations so active.
But I did think, hmm it will be nice to take a diet break and eat in restaurants, bet I can get real BBQ there (sorry, this midwest raised girl just can't call that product that they eat in eastern North Carolina BBQ, it's tasty, just the wrong taste), So last weekend I start making more specific plans of locating what neighborhood the hotel is in so we could figure out where we might want to go from there.
Well I got so into locationg info on the Farmers Market to make sure we had plenty of fresh fruit and veg in our room that I totally forgot to research restaurants. Me!
