I can't remember, on this plan am I supposed to start my day with a cup of warm/hot lemon water? I kinda remember that to be the case...but, I've done so many diets I'm not sure.
Hey all I'm new to this site and I'm really excited about all the support that I've seen in here!
I was a member at LAWL a few years back. I lost about 60lbs and kept it off for almost 4yrs. Unfortunately I've since gained back all of it plus some. I just moved and unearthed all of my LAWL paper work and I'm going to start the TO on Monday.
I know that I'll do well with this plan, but I'm always looking for new ways to step it up! I don't remember anything about drink warm lemon water and I'm interested in trying it. What exactly does it do?
