Default Fav foods under 100cals

I am developing some real favorites that are under 100 cals...

Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Reduced Fat Cheese Sticks 90 cals
Trader Joe's Latin Style Black Bean Soup 1 cup 90 cals
Trader Joe's Pomegranite non-fat yogurt 90 cals
Persian (seedless) cucumbers with salt (barely any cals)

What are some of yours?

caramel corn rice cake (50 cals)
one cup of frozen fruit (60 cals)

1 little lenders cinnimon bagel (70 cal) with 1 tablespoon light cream cheese spread (30 cal).

2 slices (or even 1) low cal, wheat bread (70 for 2 slices) and 1 tablespoon of the light cream cheese spread.

1 hard boiled egg

I also like cups of yogurt.. I'm LOVING all the new yoplait flavors out these days! I also eat the cracker barrel low fat cheese blocks a lot.

a cup of any fruit
full fat yogurt cup (90 calories)
hard boiled egg with some sea salt (90 calories)
applesauce cup (50 calories)
laughing cow wedge on a tomato basil rice cake (85 calories)

Ooh. Yum!

I love hard boiled eggs too! I didn't even think of that!

Another favorite is Trader Joe's instant Miso soup (45 cals)

I actually eat lots of things that don't come from Trader Joe's... but a lot of their food seems to be on my favorite list!

raw veggies - celery and radishes are my current addiction
tomatoes with salt - the nights are getting cool and I'm going to have to give this up for the winter. :-(

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but I do have to keep a close eye on them because I've been known to pile the calories up with them...
