I have some GREAT WW cookbooks with normal foods -- I don't use odd ingredients and can't get fat free things like fat free tortillas where I live. I can get low fat stuff, tho. Here are some links to amazing recipe books:

I've used these cookbooks for years, and they have great recipes for stews, sauces, oven-fried chicken and so on.
I use only "real foods" too, so I get where you are coming from. Hope this helps just a little bit!
