I have been diagnosed with a upper respiratory infection, left ear infection and a eye infection in both eyes. I am very sick and highly contagious. You might should go disinfect your self after reading this post.

Honestly I get the opposite effect- when I am sick I just want to eat- I haven't been sick since I started losing weight- but hopefully this time around it'll be a different story!

I have zero appetite when I am sick. Though I think I might could eat a big mac about right now!
Years ago, when I was in the hospital for a few weeks, I came home almost 20 pounds lighter. As I was in weight loss mode I thought it was great, although most of it slowly came back (as it was mostly water). The doctor ordered me to maintain for at least a month as it was a compromised immune system (in his opinion) that had landed me there in the first place. The comments were that I could not eat too little, exercise too much, and sleep almost not at all and not expect it to affect me.
Take your medicines, listen to your doctor, drink plenty of fluids - and get better soon.
Yes, the no appetite feeling when I'm really, really sick, like sinus and chest congestion. My only problem is that unless I am trying to eat right, no matter how sick I am, I still eat things that I shouldn't be eating. Regardless, drink lots of water and don't forget vitamin c....hugs to you
Normally warmer than it was today. When the sun was out, the ~70F was nice. However, it was under 50F in the morning, which was really cold for this time of year.
