Paul McKenna's I Can Make You Thin and SBD - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

So I just ordered Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" CD set. Just wanted to see if any fellow beachers have tried this in addition to the SBD? I've heard it also helps your self image/self confidence...so even if it doesn't help "make me thin" but helps with that then I would say its money well spent. Has anyone had any success with this?

When I listen regularly my eatign habits are better I exercise and Most importantly My self image is a lot better!!

Thanks KO! I can't wait to get it! Did you order yours from his website? If so, how long did it take before you received it? The email receipt I got said it can take up to 28 days before it is delivered.

Good news , i just ADORE mckenna's method, and "I can make u thin"is just awsome, it is really worth it to try, and I can tell u that will help you for sure during first phase of SBD

Thanks izzy...I'm on phase 2 but I do go back to phase 1 once in a while when I hit a plateau or if I go off plan a little. I'm really excited about this. I'll let you know how it goes for me. Thanks!

Jersey You will feel so good! and you will have more control that it won't even feel like your exerting (if that makes sense!)

Hello again ladies! I listened to the first two CD's yesterday and it was the weirdest thing ever! All I'm craving is vegetables especially spinach. My day yesterday was filled with temptation...but none of it was in the least bit tempting. I also slept like a baby last night. I wanted to ask you ladies something...when I listened to the 2nd CD, the naturally thing people one, it felt like i fell asleep and I don't really remember much from it other than when he was saying to wake up...I guess this is part of the "trance". Did you experience the same?

Mine only came with 1 cd but yes I totally understand the "going under" phenomena

KO..did you experience rapid weightloss in the beginning? I lost 8 lbs and I only started on Sunday. I thought it maybe it is just water weight, but i'm not running to the bathroom like crazy to lose 8 lbs in water. I know most has to be water but i'd like to think some of it is fat burning lol. This system is amazing. I only eat when im hungry like he says...I don't think I could eat when i'm not hungry even if I tried. It is like my body won't let me. I stop eating when I'm full. Normally this would be after 2 plates of dinner before I'd feel the "full signal". Now I get 1/2 - 3/4 through one plate and I have to stop. I physically can't eat anymore. The thought of junk food completely turns me off and I have the strangest craving for spinach. LOL Hope you are having a great experience with it as well!

sewwrite...it is both...i think he calls it "mind programming" I have the 5 cd set...it also has tips and strategies to help with exercise..confidence...emotional eating etc.

I only just heard about the show a few days ago when I joined a support group for the program. I've yet to check if its still on air but I'll find out over the weekend and post.

There was a Paul McKenna in General Diet Plans for a while but it seems to have fizzled out.
