Default shoe fashion advice (not athletic)

I'm going to be going to Vegas soon and last time I went I wore flip flops the whole time. I love flip flops, but my feet hurt by the time I left. Does anyone know of any shoes that look good with shorts and capris that are also comfortable?

I don't want to wear my regular new balance running shoes with socks. I just don't think it will look very good with my cute capris and tops.

Try the Teva Kayenta sandal:

They come in a couple of different colors and they look really cute on. My mom, sister and I all have them and they are my go-to sandal in the summer. They're super comfortable for HOURS and even though they look kind of "outdoorsy", they also look good with capris. I really love them. They might be too casual for what you want but they're SO comfortable!

Ah I understand completely. I never wear athletic sneakers unless I'm doing actual athletics/working out. I don't really wear shorts but I often wear skirts and here are some of my favorite shoes that I own for walking around (since I don't have a car and therefore have to walk most places):

Puma does a comfy and cute ballet sneaker once you break them in:

These Sanuk shoes are really light and comfy and nice with skirts:

The MOST COMFORTABLE FLIP-FLOPS I've ever worn are Birkenstocks. I've for years said that they're not the most attractive shoes but I got these as a gift and I'm a convert. They look and feel kinda like a flip-flop but are so much more comfy and have loads of support:

There is a brand called Aerosoles that makes cute, fashionable shoes that are very very comfortable. You would never know to look at them that they are made for comfort. They make heels, sandals, everything. I bought my first pair at JCP, years ago when we went to Disneyland. You can imagine with three little boys how much running and walking we did everyday! My feet never hurt once. I didn't have to break them in. I didn't get any blisters. The gal who recommended them to me (at JCP) was wearing a pair of HIGH heels and said she worked in them all day with no aches or pains.

Can you tell I like Aerosoles???

Dr. Scholl's has also made some cute sandals that are comfortable. Sometimes they have something I like, sometimes not. Same with Aerosoles.
