Hey all!

Doing well here. I managed to count my points yesterday and stay within my limits. I ordered pizza for supper and had 2 pieces and counted them. The Wednesday night children's program started at our church last night. We have to be there at 6:30 - so many times fast food ends up being easier on Wednesdays because daycare kids don't leave until 5:30.

Had PT on my back again this morning. I told her that yesterday was about the worst day ever (day after 1st PT) so all she did was the electrical stim and a light massage. Hope to not have to take any Vicodin today...

Well, I have one that keeps crying today so gotta go. Don't know if he's getting a cold or what...hope not!

Plans - grilled chicken in whole wheat tortillas for lunch with veggies on the side. Dinner - re-use some of that chicken in a rice and mushroom soup-y casserole. Can't get in to much trouble with chicken... right?

Have a super day!

Good Afternoon, everyone! hi Mortonpixie, Wifey & Squeak!

Great job staying on points, mortonpixie! Good luck, sticking with all your plans.

I am exhausted today. I went to the gym right after work yesterday and did 3 miles in 38:20 on the elliptical/stairclimbing thing and kept going until I did 45 mins which ended up to be about 3.25 miles.

And then I had my first 5k training class last night. 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking for 32 minutes. We did about 2.15 miles. Do you know what that means??!?!? I did 5.35 miles yesterday! And I didn't die! This is a HUGE accomplishment for me. Seriously, I amazed the crap out of myself

So I am mega sore today and giving myself the day off. I'm stopping at the store to pickup some salad fixings, chicken, etc. and I am also going to be rewarding myself by going to Barnes & Noble & picking up a few books.

Enjoy your day everybody!

I didn't have time to post earlier. Lots of sick kiddos at school today. Lots of paranoia with all the H1N1 stuff, shewwwwwweeeeee... I am glad it's almost Friday.

I am still debating on low carb... I am on the fence about it. I LOVE a good piece of bread/roll/cake etc.etc.etc. Going to research some more before I commit to anything. Last night we had rotisserie chicken and broccoli with cheese. I didn't fix any bread and then I brought left overs for lunch. It would be easier on me if I did the same plan as him, BUT... I worry about losing with low carb, then start eating carbs and gain it all back.

DD is not feeling well. Took her last Friday to a walk in clinic. She is having sinus trouble as well. Now she is having migraines. She is just 11, so young to be feeling so bad. Tomorrow she has an appt at 3:00 with her doctor. Hope she fixes my baby up, I hate to see her feel so awful.
