I've been vegan for about two years now (no meat, dairy, eggs, honey). In those two years, I've lost 20 pounds, never been sick even once, got rid of my acne, and got rid of the guilt of consuming animal products. Now I'm always full up with energy, awake, happy, and a little bit lighter. ^_^ I was a vegetarian for a while before, but I didn't see nearly as many results and when I went vegan.
Usually...
For breakfast I have raisin bran in rice milk, fruit salad, some carrots and whole grain toast with blueberry jelly. Sometimes fake bacon.
For lunch I usually have a peanut butter sandwich and salad.
And for dinner I always have roasted potatoes, fruit salad, and vegetable salad.
And tons of vegetables and nuts/seeds for snackages!
I only drink water and tea.
For exercise, I looooooove running, also some bike riding, swimming, yoga and pilates.
