Maybe this week I'll cut the cheaty days down from the 3 I had last week!!!

(I think 2 of the pounds I lost were menstrual water weight, but I'll take 'em anyway!!!)

Hi girlies...missed you so much!
I weighed 180 this morning...weighed 179 before I left for vacation so...
not too shabby...walked alot and ate alot on vacation...
back to the gym this week and back to conscious eating.
Down 16 pounds from my recent high point!!!! Yeah, baybee!
and on my way......

Wow Soozie,
You did great! One pound over vacation is super!
I went to TOPS last night girls and I was shocked, amazed and very pleased. Down 4 lbs this week for a total of 6 in two weeks of BOdy for Life. My short term goal is to get into a size 20 pants, currently I am in a 24 or a tight 22. Long term, by next summer I want to be in a two piece bathing suit, skimpy, with my belly button peirced and have everyone turning their heads.
Thinking positive, it will happen!

I'm still holding....

I want one of those two piece bathing suits that ISN'T skimpy. The kind that looks like a sport bra with shorts. In black. I'd be really cool in one of those.

Missed the last few weigh in's due to emotional trauma but the good news is my appetite is shot. Thus I am down a couple of pounds to 188.5.
