I started my journey Jan 5/09, I am currently down 62lbs, I've got to be honest and say I've had a difficult month. I've only gone down 2lbs this month, but I weight on Friday and think I've got my scale moving again. WE'll see ! But I've been on holidays, and my goals seemed to slip away for a while...but I realize that happens and I'm more determined than ever to get this weight off me....and for the right reasons. Sometimes I get in my own way for happiness...but I deserve it. Well any comments are welcome, and my next mini goal is to have 100lbs lost by Christmas, which is do-able! Thanks to you all here for the support, I come here every day, even when I'm not have a great one...but all the more reason I think. So from 339lbs to 277lbs, here they are. Tell me what you think.
Wow, thanks for all the sweet comments. This is why I feel I can do it. I get support here, we all understand it is not so easy sometimes, but we commit to change. I thank you all for the wonderful support, and I'll keep you posted on my christmas goal. Can't wait to see what I'll look like.
You can tell such a difference! You really do look a lot younger! I am not sure if you are interested, but there is a Jingle away the Jiggle Challenge that is really helping me stay motivated. It started a few weeks ago, with a goal of 50 pounds by Christmas, but you could join now and just either have a goal of 40 pounds to lose, or just count your past weigh ins as well since the start of the challenge and go for 50 if that makes sense. I know everyone is motivated differently, but I find the challenges really help keep me on track.
