What have I gotten myself into?? lol
Five of my girlfriends and I joined Jazzercise yesterday. They had a one day sale that is a flat rate for the rest of the year so it was a pretty good deal. I can't pass up a bargain! But seriously.... I thought it would be a walk in the park but I had my butt wooped by the 65 year old instructor.
I loved it though and it was super fun, especially with all my girls there. My plan is to go 3 times a week to start. Maybe just walk the other days.
I've got the exercise down, now I just have to get my eating habits back under control!
