Has anyone ever heard of this diet?
I have heard of it recently and Im starting it tomorrow, it is so easy and so many people lose weight dieting half the time. You diet every other day or 3 Days a week(Mon,Wed,Fri). You can eat whatever you want on an up day and stick to about 20%-50% calories than normal on a down day. I know that may seem low, but Im not too sure if this is true but I read that when you do very low calorie for
