LOL - it's odd how different we all are. I've always had weight fluctuation, but reading this I shouldn't gripe! About 5 days before I start going up, and retain about 2 - 3 lbs until the day I start. As soon as I start, it reverses, and by the time TOM is over, it's gone.
What's really kind of cool is because I retain (relatively) little, if I'm really sticking to plan and exercising well, etc., I'll stay stable the week before, and then lose 4-5 pounds in one week!
