It also contains B vitamins. It is good sprinkled on popcorn, on top of chili beans, etc.

My husband is odd though and he drinks it mixed with water. I do not recommend that variation.

It is generally found in bulk bins at your health food store or in the supplement aisle.

Beer! lol! Yes and on popcorn! Yummo!

I'm down to 240.8 this morning. Hoping to break into the 230's this week. I'm feeling AWESOME and like I didn't even have surgery! I'd say by day 9 it was all good. The trip down kinda sucked (12 hours in a car) and I was hurting by the time we got here but it's all good.

Tons of walking, ocean swimming, beach running, playing. Good food (in moderation) and sticking to my eating plan (though gawd it's been hard in the face of everyone else eating absolute crap!) and trying to get lots of water. I can't control the sodium since I'm not cooking (and that sucks) but I'm happy. Healthy. Bought a hoodie in a ladies size XL!!!!!! No plus sizes!!!!!!!!

Heading home on Wednesday. I'll be off work until the following Monday thankfully

You could spray the beer on the popcorn first to make the nutritional yeast stick

*shudder*

this might sound stupid but can it cause thrush if you eat too much? I know I"m sensitive to sugar and if I ate too much, watch out!

I don't believe so. I've heard people with Candida using nutritional yeast with no problem.

That was a knee slapper, Tracy!

I just read up on this yeast stuff and it sounds like a good idea. Lots of benefits and no side-affects that I could find. It says that it can help lower cholesterol and that would be a plus for my sweetie. Plus, anything that taste like cheese has to be yummy!

This is awesome! You must be jumping on the rooftops!!!! So how does that feel, compared to your largest clothing size? How are your shopping experiences now compared to the past? Going from morbidly obese to XL is a monumental feat...Needed more motivation to keep going and this would be it!!!!
