Default gone too far to fall down now...

I gained 2.4 lbs. this week, which puts me just barely back in those 230s that I tried so hard to get out of. (I'm at 230.4.) It's no one's fault but my own...I did some impromptu traveling last week and didn't track at all, plus my water intake has been pretty much zero.

So this is my public declaration that today is the day I get back on track. It will probably take two weeks to repair a week's worth of damage, but that's okay.

You can take two weeks now to fix the damage or you can allow it to keep you off track and spend months fixing a bigger problem later! I think you are very smart to start right now.

Exactly! Life happens, sometimes we get derailed for a short period of time. The important thing is that you keep that time short and get right back on track.

Great attitude and I know that you will have those pounds off with some of their friends soon.

I'm with you. I skidded back into the 180s this week but am nearly skidding back out again. Your title says it all. You Can do this!

Way to go with taking care of the problem now rather than waiting until it gets to be a bigger issue!

You have absolutely the right attitude! Life is going to interfere with our plans from time to time and we all have to learn how to jump right back in with both feet.

Good for you for doing it so fast! Let's all wave bye-bye to those 230's!

great attitude! life does interfere, and it only becomes a problem if we let it. you are not letting it and that deserves a huge well done!!!!
