Default Help I'm sore and I can't get up!

Morning my Chickes, and the few fine Roosters,
I have staid on plan, well maybe not eaten quite enough. I have not up until this point been excersising. Saturday, I cleaned the whole house like a crazy woman, moved things back down to our basement, which had flooded a few months ago and was finally finished. Sunday, I engaged in some activity I am not used to. Last night I took a Tango class, I had forgotten how controlled the tango was. Every muscle in my body is sore and I am up two pounds. Any suggestions?

someone on here said that if you exercise after you haven't been that that week your muscles will retain water. Also, make sure you're eating enough.

Thank you everyone, I probably knew this, but I am sore, and feeling defeated today, so thank you for your encouragement. On the bright side, I am exercising again!

Good for you for exercising again, Scarlett. Yes, definitely drink lots of water to help flush the lactic acid out of your muscles. And definitely warm up a little bit (move around a bit) and then stretch...don't stretch cold muscles, okay?
