Default new bra size?

So I noticed when I went to take my shower that my 44H has empty pockets on the upper sides of my bra.

So I tried on my 42 G and the band isnt' digging nto my back and I only have two boobs, not four.

It seems to "just" fit. I'm going to wear it today and see if it causes any pain or shoulder strain.

Wish me luck!

Congratulations! I hope you have a good day in your smaller bra size! The last time I bought bras, I accidentally bought 40D's instead of 42DDs (which I was wearing at my starting weight). The 40Ds almost fit, they are just a tad snug. Another few pounds and I'll be wearing my brand new bras!

Hey! I just made the cup size drop from H to G this week too! Yippee. I have had less endowed friends want to bean me when I complain that boobies are the last thing that decreases for me. I had already gone from 44 band to 40 but still couldn't get the girls tucked into those G cups. Glad to know I can celebrate this with an online friend.

Good luck w/those G's, girl! Your poor back must ache carrying those around.

I'm just noticing this week that I have empty pockets in the top of my bra Even worse, it's mainly on my right side which means I'm losing weight in my boobs UNEVENLY!! Holy Christmas. But if losing 15 lbs means I'm sacrificing a cup size, I'm happy to oblige!

I cleaned up on new bras on the clearance rack at Kohls on Saturday! I bought at least a dozen new bras at $8.99 each in pretty, fun colors. Like Lottie, the back strap was riding up and my cups were all loose and puckery--a sure sign that your bra is too big. I probably tried on 50 different bras, no kidding, it was a marathon. No change in cup size (dang!) but now I'm a 36D, just like in hs and college, although they are sure not very pert these days. I thought for sure that I would be in a 36C but no such luck.

I googled for a video to measure myself for bra size (yes, I am stupid and don't know these things ) and according to those instructions, I should now be in a B cup . By the time I get to my goal, I will be boobless

When I first lost weight and got down to almost a size 12(I miss those days..:sniffle, my bra size went from a 42C to a 38D(?). I can still wear a 38D in some sizes, but mostly 42 or 40D. I kind of want to keep my D cups

REPORT:

The G was a success! My shoulders and back were fine. it is snug, but more supportive than the H which is a 44 and a bit big at this point.

I've gone from a 42DDD to now a 36/38D. Yeesh. However, back at my lowest weight I'd say I was a 36C/D..... soo... hopefully no more shrinking! I hope.....

All my bras are so big now they seem to be tank tops rather than bras! The top part of them comes halfway up my chest!!!

I have small boobs, so at my heaviest, the only thing I could wear were workout bras. It was hard finding 46B's and when I did, the cup size seemed huge. I now can wear a true 38 or 40B and I can find em in most stores.
