So close but not quite over the cusp! I am 230.0 today, down 1.6 pounds from last week. I saw the 220's briefly in the middle of the week thanks to water fluctuations, but couldn't quite call it l since I flucuated back up.

It's a respectable enough loss for me, though

Down .6 -- up and down the same few pounds. But at least I've maintained for about a month. I've never done that, that I can really remember.

I'm down one, which is nice, since the scale didn't budget last week.

I am down 1.8 from last week. I was so surprised because I had been super hungry all last week, but I guess exercising helped keep me on track. Besides I no longer binge on junk food, just the healthy foods I have at home.

I'm down 1.2 from last week. Which is tough because I worked out harder and longer this week and ate fewer calories than last week So Discouraging! Ah well. On the bright side: I plan to be in the 240s next week which will be my lowest weight this year yay!

toasted, someone said in another thread, which i I did not know, that if you start exercising after a period of no exercise, or increase from what you're used to I guess this causes your msucles tos tore. water, so be glad you are down taht 1.2

a loss is a loss, you'd be devasted if you had gained, so why not be THRILLED that it's gone, never to return?

@ lottie

You're right. It's true. Sometimes its hard not to be impatient, though, you know. I suppose the 1.2 is better than no loss at all which is still much much much much better than gaining. It's just discouraging because I really pushed myself all of last week and so expected a little better (like at least 2-3lbs). Hopefully this week will be better (if the storing water theory is true).

I'm picking myself up and getting ready to go put in my gym time. Thanks so much for the encouragement!!!
