I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.
Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

I want to stay on plan for breakfast and lunch.
I want to eat only one off plan food at dinner and in moderation.
I want to eat a quarter piece of cake and then stop.
I want to walk atleast 30 minutes today with my dogs.
I want to say no to candy at Grandmas house!!!
I want to end my birthday at 7pm and be back on plan for tomorrow.
Thought I would post again. Since I will be gone tomorrow. And I need to reinforce my plan.
Tomorrow is a mess. Leave the house at 4am and get home at midnight. Taking my dd to Boston and coming back. She's staying.
This is my plan - because I cannot - will not - eat airport food. I am being very specific beacuse I have to be.
Protein shake in the morning and pack protein bars and bananas and some nuts.
Healthy and filling lunch with dd in boston.
Protein bar and fruit for dinner. Salad if I can find one.
Nuts on the way home if I need it.
I am being very strict because I am abstaining from bread, sweets, crackers, cereal - so as to break my cravings.
My goal for the day:

I did all of this and more! I ate a quarter piece of cake but felt wayyyyy guilty after. I really didn't eat junk. I ate A LOT but fruit, veggies and salad!!
