VickieLou!! At least it was only 15lbs, I have regained, and I would bet others here too, much more than that. You have done it before, you can do it now!
I am cheering you on!

Remember, one day at a time. Do you track your calories? Maybe plan ahead for the day this way you know exactly what you can eat and what not to go over.
go for a walk, pop in an exercise dvd or pull out the wii fit, just get moving!
15 lbs is no fun, but at least you didn't gain it all back, I gained back 10 and am now only 4 lbs away from being back at a -40 lb loss, I can do it, so can you!

You don't need a kick, dear one, you need encouragement. This is just a blip on the ticker. Today is a new day. Forgive yourself and know that there probably isn't one person on this forum that hasn't been there and done that. We all slip and we all need encourgement to get up and start again.
You can do it!!!!

You caught yourself now, which is a good thing. I had a pretty bad 2 month relapse last year that took the next 5 months to lose what I gained. 15 pounds you can recover from.
Don't worry about how long it takes, just keep focused on doing the right thing every day. As long as 1 month from now you weigh less than you do today (even 1 pound) its a success.

You caught yourself now, not ten pounds heavier or more - that is what counts. Get a big glass of water, plan healthy choices for the very next food that touches your lips and do a quick jog or march in place for a few minutes to get your blood pumping.
One good choice at a time. You know how to get back on track, now buckle down and commit!

draw a line under the bad few days and start again. forget about them, they are over and done with. look forward and take each day as they come. you have lost so much already, you are doing brilliantly! if you are lacking motivation, maybe read over your old posts when you were feeling good and try and get a feel for the place you were at then?

I had a blip (if you can call 10 months a blip!) and regained 25 lbs, putting me over my initial starting weight. Now I'm back on, and even though it's only been two weeks, I feel so so so so much better. No more falling asleep mid-afternoon, no more hearing my heart beating as I try to sleep at night. It's great!
Just forgive yourself, buy some healthy food that you enjoy and get rid of the crap food already in your house. You can do it, and it will be worth it!

If you wanna be kept accountable, why don't you join the august points challenge (if you haven't already).
Or maybe you could join us over here:

That used to be a really popular thread, these days it's just a few of us.

I really can't add to all the wonderful encouragement and advice...just know we all have done it at one time or another...shake it off, it is over with...you are making better choices for the person you want to be--now! Good luck. I am sure you weren't the only person struggling. Saturday wasn't a good eating day for me...I'm back to it, too. You are not alone. Keep on!
