Ooooh, I'm the first to reply? Whoa! Cool!
Okay, so here's what I'm shootin' for this month~
Continue HIIT 3 Days a week
Continue ST'ing (Strength Training) 3 Days a week
I'm going to add...
C25K (the Couch 2 5K) Program 3 Days a week
And I'm *thinking* about attempting Pilates this month--I'm not committing to doing it a lot or anything--just committing to trying it!
I look forward to another active month with you ladies!!!

Ok, I'm joining, because I need some serious motivation to stick with it, and a kick-in-the-butt!
I plan on cardio every other day for 45 minutes and on opposite days for 35 minutes.

Hey, for explaining that acronym! I was having a hard time imagining what all this ST'ing was
I think I am going to try weekly goals this time, except for stretching - just 15 min - every day. C'mon, I can find just 15 minutes to stretch out, right? My new exercise habit has made me quite stiff...
The very general goals:
- Plan out the specific schedule each week (and stick to it!)
- >3.5 hours cardio/week
- > 1 hour ST'ing/week
- 15 min stretching/day

LOL! On top of HIIT and C2K? You can always make it a light workout I guess.
I'd love to have you keep me company but only if you're not killing yourself in the process

Urg, I love ya NSM, but man, that EA Active just really burns me up. I get so mad when I turn it on, I just want to chuck it out the window, get my car, run over it and then shift to reverse and run over it again. I'm trading it in to gamestop this weekend for Punch Out. Sorry ladies!

Oooh Delphi! You really, really hate it don't you? Hmm, I wonder...should I trade mine in before I even try it? Nah...I think I'll give it a go and if I hate it as much as you do--I'll trade it in.
NSM~ I think maybe I'll do the EA challenge on the days that I do the C25K, maybe do one early in the morning and one at night? Hmm...I tell ya what, I won't flat out commit to doing it just yet, but I'll give it a go--why not?

OK, this is a first time for me. My exercise goal for August is to do yoga twice a week and to get in a good walk every day. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when I do it, it works for me.
