Goal Weight: 144 or so

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Lots of bingeing triggers, emotional and stress eating

Following any specific plan: Calorie counting (Lose it! for iTouch), abstaining from bingeing triggers, increased protein and lower carbs, adding exercise slowly.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm paying attention to what works and what doesn't work. Journaling all of that. Participating in 3FC.
