The weather is REALLY bad this weekend and Sis wasn't ready until 2 pm and I thought that was crazy to start off on a 5 hour ride so I canceled with our plans but still working Program. It's 3:45 pm and I'm working on lunch right now.
Thinking of what to do for dinner and I think roasting a chicken in the rotisserie with leftovers tomorrow may be a good idea. I make good chicken salad w/ff mayo,celery,sliced grapes and will probably add some walnuts in there for points. I'm going to save wpa's for good bread to go with that with a nice salad.
I'm a little off iklter using wpa's. I'm falling back into my old Core mentality whereas with Points I used most of these wpa's. This will be interesting what happens to my scale weight this week switching back for a week after being on Points for 2 weeks and being very accurate with these.
