I know nothing about lifting weights or toning, but would like to know, when should I start thinking of starting.
Initially I just wanted to walk, and lose some weight, but the skin is starting to sag a bit and I need to start toning, what is an easy exercise to start off with. I would like to work on teh arm flab to begin with.
Any suggestions.
