Ok, ive been doing this eating low calories exercising more thing and I stepped on the scale today for the first time since being 174 lbs...it said 169!!! i couldnt believe it--i did it again 2 minutes later. I even bugged my mom and asked the trainer at the gym to make sure the scale was properly working. Last time I used the scale (cant remember when-i need to start tracking that) it definitely was stationed on 174 not moving. I still cant believe it. maybe i did something wrong the first time i weighed in at 174. i really dont believe i lost 5 lbs

Gurl, that is awesome! Don't you love that!? I try to stay off my scale as much as possible. So when I finally do get on, i usually have lost a few lbs, and it's motivating!

thank you! im just so shocked, not like its 50lbs but this is the first time ive tried to lose weight and it worked. im still shocked
