A lot of it was water gain over the past two weeks. Weight would go up half pound to a pound each WI. Then I started the B6 and it started going down. One WI, I looked down at my ankles and one was twice the size of the other! I broke that foot almost 2 years ago and that ankle tends to swell up more for some reason. Think I might have another losing WI this week. My scale at home is showing some real progress. If I can get into the center early before eating and drinking, I will be doing great!
