Me, I am down two pounds from this time last week. The one week challenge is going strong!
Stable at 238. Disappointed, but not surprised due to my absolute lack of exercise lately. Feeling a bit lethargic, work is hard right now and so i am totally pooped when i come home. then i have to help my wife out in the house, so no time to go to the gym. I know, excuses excuses excuses.
I stopped grazing and got back to plan and I lost 3 pounds this week!!! Also the inflammation in my arms is way down and my back too due to physical therapy. I think that affects weight. My back has been feeling good enough this week where I can get out and take a few short slow walks too so that must have helped. Overall I feel pretty good about this week -- less pain and weight loss to boot.
I was at 225 on Saturday. Can't believe I am only 25 lbs away from my heaviest weight. How these lbs came back on so easily still amazes me. I have to stop looking back...
I've been having a great week...so..am hoping on Friday I will have a loss.

Jenniffer - feeling your pain I am 11.5 lbs. from my heaviest weight, and that's based on my last time on the scale, which was two weeks ago. I HAVE to force myself to get on it tomorrow morning! I guess I just have this hope that if I ignore it, it's not there!
210 again this week, so I at least maintained my weight. Not bad for my TOM and being WAY off plan for the last few weeks. I have only gained back 2 pounds since I went off plan a month ago. I am getting my groove back though.
