Default Way on the way!
I got on the scale this morning and since I started this I've lost 10 pounds! I am thrilled. My goal is to feel (and look!) great at my brother's wedding in September. I expect the next 10 will be tougher, but hey, this diet n exercise thing works! Who knew?

I have to say, 3FC has been a huge inspiration to me. Thank you all!!!
