Default I would LOVE to join in....

Hello All! I started The Gabriel Method within the last month and couldn't agree more with everything you are saying! I have been scouring the web trying to find a forum that would help to share ideas, recipes and questions regarding the method.
I have been struggling with my weight my whole life and I truly feel that The Gabriel Method is the "missing link".

I was wondering what are some examples of what you ladies are eating for breakfast. I have been making the smoothie from his website, but I definitely want some other options.

Also, do you HAVE to ground the flax seed in order to reap the full benefits, or is it okay just to put them on a salad?
