Is anyone using apple cider vinegar pills? If so, did you get any results? Is there any side effect of the pills?(I searched google but couldn't get good information)
Please share any information based on the tablets. Thank you.

How much do they cost? Use that money to buy all your favorite veggies that you don't normally buy, and follow the plan you are on...since it is working. If apple cider vinegar worked to lose weight, I doubt there would be any fat people. A gallon of vinegar is cheap.

I use vinegar almost daily in my foods--particularly on my veggies. What are the pills supposed to do that vinegar can't?

Default IMO, not so much.

Firstly, they are NOT a scam - if used for their intended purpose, and there are many.

I lost my gallbladder when I was 26. As a result when I eat certain foods - like steak or pizza - I have a terrible time processing the food. Taking a couple of the pills increases the acid in my stomach and I have no problems dealing with those foods. They are much more concentrated than just slugging a shot of liquid vinegar.

Now the people claiming they're a weight loss miracle. . . well, I believe they are scamming you, YMMV. I haven't noticed increased weight loss from taking them, but that's just me.

I'm currently on a low-carb diet and exercising 4-5 times a week.
I just have hard time losing weight. I needed a supplement to speed up the weight loss process.

Aletha, I have also lost my gallbladder when I was 24 yrs old just 7 months ago.
Red meat doesn't agree with my stomach either. I avoid it almost all the time.

Aletha, I meant they were a scam in terms of weight loss.

Dietnlose, have you tried counting calories to see how many calories you are eating? How fast are you losing? At your weight, I'd expect that you'd lose max 4 lbs/month which is a good rate.

Neile,
I don't count calories but I make sure I don't go above 1300.
My breakfast would be 5 eggwhites or I'll add the yolk sometimes with some low-fat cheese and ketchup. Sometimes I don't have time to eat healhty breakfast so I'll just have an apple or a banana.
I mostly eat lean protein and veggies(Salad).

Chicken breast, turkey or sometimes corned or roast beef.
For some reason I can't stop eating fruits There's no way I could give up on fruit. Since I'm not eating high calorie foods I think it's okay to eat fruits right?
I'm probably eating 3-4 cups of fresh fruit.
I don't eat any sort of bread, grains, starchy veggies or anything.

I'm a waitress and sometimes I'm on my feet for 8 hrs a day. If I'm so tired I still make sure I work out for atleast an hr.

My work-out is 25 minutes of weight and an hr of cardio.

Sounds okay right???

NOPE..

I don't lose anything instead I gained some weight (((

I don't know what to do ..

Dietnlose - nothing wrong with eating fruit and it can be part of a healthy diet especially if you are counting calories.

Weight also tends to fluctuate, how much did you gain in what time frame?

Well honestly, that is normal, especially if you were eating low carb (no fruits) then ate fruit. Its not fat. It can be water weight or it could be your body restoring glycogen after eating low carb.

The most important thing is you find a diet that works for you. I eat plenty of fruit and that is important to me. I love fruit so I want to keep it in my diet. If you follow a diet you hate, then it won't work.

I wasn't trying to say eating fruit is bad but that if you cut down carbs severly, then your body will deplete its glycogen stores and you will show a loss on the scale. The loss isn't fat, its glycogen weight. Then if you eat carbs, the glycogen weight comes back. Again its not fat.

I think calorie counting may work for you because you would be able to keep the fruit but just eat the amount of calories you allot yourself.

ACV is a great antioxidant, great for gallbladder and kidney stone issue etc. It's not going to do much for weight loss, other than act as a little bit of a thermogenic.

If you want to try it, I would suggest braving the actual liquid as there is a lot of research to show that the pills seldom contain the amount of ACV they claim to.

I myself cook with it and take some orally about twice a week because I have a history of kidney stones.
