I just started at MRC and the bottle of MRC-6 that I bought says to take 2 capsules before each meal and that the proprietary blend dosage is 1000 mgs

I wish I had my bottle to tell you, but I threw mine away last week when i ran out. I wasn't even thinking when I did that, b/c I then could have taken it to a store to get something similar.
