Exclamation I CAN do this!!!

this morning's weight 180.6

oh come on!!! I really really want to see that glorious number of 179.9!

I have been in the 180s for 3 years. I have 3 years of journals confirming it. Everytime i have tried to bust them--I gave up right before I did. I'm bound and determined NOW.

The good news is I have not been this weight since July 2007. I gained 8 lbs a year. Each year I would get back down to 180 something at some time, and then I would quit! Great maintenance, but NOW I don't need 180 as a cushion weight--I WANT OUT!!!!

That's awesome! :hugs: You'll bust through that pesky 180 mark soon enough - I'm sure of it! And what a wonderful day that will be!

thanks everyone the scale didn't budge really from yesterday! I lost 3.72 lbs from last week. That may have been a little fast--and I have to do something to reset. I am worried that changing right now--will mess up my effort though?
