Default Learning How to Cook

Is anyone else getting the added benefit of learning how to cook from their weight loss plan? I used to be so anti-cooking but now that I'm on a diet I get up before my hubby and wake him up with breakfast every morning!

I wouldn't say that I've learned how to cook, however, already being a decent cook was a definite plus when trying to lose weight. I've done a little more baking recently (to make myself higher protein breads and snack cakes), as I play around with soy flour/protein powder and such.

I was already a decent cook, but rarely used my skills. Just today, I made a healthy pasta salad, high protein oat bars, and a wonderful rice-grain dish
