So... I am seeing threads for the 150s, 160s, 170s, and now the 180s. I want to start one for us 190 ladies! I am currently around 194 and would love to break the 190s!

I'm in! I'm so close - I'm hoping that with a few extra workouts this week, I'll be able to get back to the 180s. Of course, part of me is bummed that I'm getting excited about being in the 180s, but whatever - I'll definitely be happy when I get there

I'm with you too! I've been bouncing around the 190's for two months! Part of it is stress from a job search, but I'm sick of seeing the 190's when I step on the scale....so let's say goodbye to them together!

I'm 199 and really need a kick in my arse to get into the 180s. It was hard enough to stay under 200.

I feel as though I hate the 190s more than being over 200 sometimes! I think it might be because my goals become more definite and specific under 190, 188 is no longer obese - 184 is lower than I've been for over a year, and 180 is so far in the past I can't remember it that clearly.

So I'm officially recording my weight here today as 191.585lbs. Every tiny little increment counts!

merose - I can't wait to get out of the 190s. I'm already half way to my goal and I feel like I can do it. But my weight has been zig zagging so terribly with the 190s it's driving me crazy! I was around 193 two days ago and now I'm back at 195.

I'm definitely ready to be out of the 190's!!! I am currently at 191.8 and it's going to be so exciting to be in the 180's because I honestly can't remember the last time I was that weight. It has to be either middle or high school!!!
