Well I started last friday so I'm on Day 7 and I have lost 10 lbs so far. I don't feel hungry in fact one day I even overate and felt sick to my stomach!! I just had so much yummy food!

I am on day 8 i did weigh myself when i wasn't supposed to have lost 4lbs so far but that was before the holiday weekend. So I am extending my detox a few more days and get some extra workouts in...Good luck!

I did really well on Phase 1 - I lost four pounds and really didn't have a lot I had to lose. It got me off a plateau that nothing else would budge.
