Weekly Menu Thread
Hey Guys!
I thought this could help some of us... well ME!! Basically we just report here what we've been eatting. It gives others ideas as well as keeps us accountable!

here's my menu for today:
south beach bar and soy latte (bar and dairy)
slim fast and banana (protein, starch, fruit)
natural peanut butter, pita and banana (protein, starch, fruit)
yogurt with grape-nuts (dairy and starch)
string cheese and almonds (protein and fat)
veggie lentil soup (protein, 4 veggies)
skinny cow ice cream cone (starch, fat)
cherries (2 fruits)
south beach bar and soymilk (bar and dairy)
and i drank about 90oz of water too.

LA lite
Lunch:4oz lean turkey, arnold sandwhich thin,lite mayo,carrott sticks(P,S,V,FAT)
LA Lite
Dinner:2oz lean Turkey,lettuce,laughing cow cheese, 7 reduced fat triscuits,yogurt (P,S,D)

I also wanted to let you all know that I go to a website called Dailyplate.com and it allows you to add in your foods and track how many calories you are consuming. It also allows you to track your exercise and calories burned. It has a data base that has most foods including LA weightloss products.
