Smile 1st 8 Lbs loss..260 Lbs to go!

Hello all!!

The past week I had started cleaning up my act and with the extra help of a dietican. I lost 8 Lbs this week!! With a 2000 calorie guideline of eating whole grains and fruits/veggies,lean protein and 3-4 liters waters..I am finally doing it!!!! I am pleased with my results and have a long destiny ahead. I WILL MAKE IT!!!

As a reward..My sister dyed my hair, and I feel awesome!!! No grays, and now am light golden brown!!

Just wanted to share and thank you for listening...

Great job!! I lost my first 7 lbs in the first two weeks, and it has been a whole "month" to break threw that woo hoo!!I just lost another lb. so Im at a total of 8 too. and it has been hard work sweat and tears. We are here to help you push forward, the forum has been a great help, I was surprised at how I didnt throw in the towel this time but kept plugging along.Im glad I did I have to accept the fact that I will be loosing weight extemly slow and i had to come to terms with that, and you know what its ok.
Huggs to you!!
